We deliver Worldwide. However, currently we ship in the countries bellow according to the flowing rates:

· Portugal: FREE delivery above €120, €7 below €120.
· EU: FREE delivery above €120, €12 below €120.
· Switzerland, USA, Canada and Australia: FREE delivery above €120, €25 below €120.

2. Delivery time
We will deliver your order 15-20 business days after your order is sent from us. We send out our orders during business days, Monday to Friday. Meaning that a order placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be sent from us the following business day.

During busy periods, delivery times might increase. If your order is urgent, please contact us at and we will happily find a solution for you.

3. If you haven’t received your order
If you feel you’ve been waiting a while for your order, you can always contact our customer service at to check the status of your order. You are guaranteed to receive a reply in under 48 hours.
4. How do you know that we have received your order
After you have placed your order, you’ll reach our order confirmation page. Make sure to follow all the steps in the checkout process to complete the order. Thereafter, we’ll send you a confirmation email with the description of your order details.
5. How you can track your order
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number so you can follow your package. Click on the link if you want to keep an eye on its process as it makes its way to you. We also require a signature upon arrival to ensure the safe delivery of your purchase. If you haven’t received your track and trace then please contact us at and we will be happy to assist you.
6. You can alter your delivery address after you’ve placed your order
Write to us in 3-5 days after you placed your order and inform us about the address you want to change from to the new delivery address. Write this from the email you ordered from and don’t forget to include your order number. This is for us to maintain a high security on our deliveries.
7. Where do you enter your discount code in case you have one
Place all the products you wish to purchase in the shopping cart. When checking out, enter the discount code in the field “I have a coupon code” and we’ll apply the discount to your purchase. You will see the sum deducted to your total cost above in the checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

1. Returns & Exchanges Policy
It’s important to us that you’re pleased with your order, which is why we offer our Perfect Fit Guarantee. Are the items you received not to your satisfaction or you need a different size? At Ambassador you can always return your items within 30 days from the delivery date.

Your First Shirt: If you’re not happy with your first shirt, we’ll gladly alter or remake it at no charge. Once we perfect your fit, we’ll save your details for easy re-ordering.

Subsequent Standard-sized Orders: We offer exchange within 30 days of the original delivery date. The cost of the exchange will be charged. To avoid incurring extra charges, we will gladly help you to confirm your fit prior to placing your subsequent order.

Custom-Size & Monogram Shirt Orders:
We guarantee that our custom shirts will be delivered like your order. Due to the customization nature, Ambassador Portugal does not offer monetary refunds.

2. How to return
Just send us an email to with your order number and the item you want to exchange for or to have refund and you’ll get the exchange or refund quickly.
3. Return Conditions

  • The item(s) should be in the same condition as you received it.
  • Items cannot have been used, washed, ironed, or dry-cleaned.
  • Items must be returned in the original packaging with the tag still attached.
  • Ambassador Portugal can require payment for items that have been damaged.
  • Items must be shipped from the same country they were purchased from.

5. Return rules for Indiegogo backers
You can always exchange for another standard size polo shirt or colour, we want you to be happy with your product. We don’t allow refunds with the crowdfunding orders. If you have a specific reason why you do need a refund please contact us.

The return cost is on you since you are getting a high discount on the products, we can’t afford free returns. We hope you understand and let us know when you have any questions.

6. Return costs

  • If you return an item, the return costs are on you.
  • If you exchange an item for the first time we will cover the shipping cost of the new item(s), but not the return costs.

7. One year guarantee
Does your order not live up to the standards set on our website? Please contact us. Under reasonable circumstances, you will receive a new shirt/polo from us.
